What to know before you schedule an appointment

In order to schedule an appointment with one of our product specialists, you’ll need the following information handy :

*Sales Order or Invoice Number

*Product Serial Number

*Your Equipment Will NEED to be Close by BEFORE the Appointment

Important : CardiacDirect has the right to postpone the appointment if you do not have all of the requirements above. 

If you have not already, use the various online articles or the search bar to find online step-by-step guides to fix your product without the need for a technician.

CardiacDirect does provide technical product training on the products purchased through our online store or through one of our sales representatives.

CardiacDirect does not provide clinical training or direct patient care training.

The first product training session is FREE. Subsequent training sessions are $175 per session.
